Simple redirecting function, used to direct users from one domain into another (at domain level), if you want at page level, you may use the web.config redirect (found here too).

After setting up the link to be redirect to, you may set the number of seconds that message will be displayed before the redirect happen.
The new set here is to show a simple message (using bootstrap cdn) to show to users telling them about the redirect.
I find it helpful to tell users we are redirecting you.
