Reads < table .... < /table> found after index
Have ability to opnly bring the first table matching number of columns when passing OnlyIfNoOfColumns with number of columns other than 0.
OnlyIfNoOfColumns = 0 >> Bring first table found
OnlyIfNoOfColumns = 4 >> Bring only the 1st table with No of columns matching 4
